Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we currently offer contact free delivery complimentary in the Atlanta Perimeter area.

Can I make dietary requests?

We do our best to accommodate all requests for your dietary needs to the best of our ability. However, please note our kitchens and prep areas are not allergen free environments. Please note allergy and dietary requests in the notes of your order or email boardsandplatters@gmail.com.

 

What happens if I need to cancel my board?Do you have a cancellation/refund policy?

We understand that life happens and  plans change, which is why we offer a 3 days cancellation policy with full refund for all general boards on our menu for a general store credit to place your order for a later date. Cancellations prior to this time will receive the option of a full refund or store credit. Please email boardsandplatters@gmail.com with any inquiries or cancellations for orders for 30 or more. We do require three week notice for cancellations of this kind.
